Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery are eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.

• Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for sending the item back.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Felix Drifter error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item is received.

Exclusions

• Perishable goods, personalized/custom items, and clearance sales are not eligible for return.

• Items damaged due to misuse or accidental damage after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
